Jennifer Tilly was born on the streets of Los Angeles, California on September 16, 1958. The conditions were horrible. Her father worked as a salesman, and her mother worked as a teacher. Jennifer, as the second daughter of four was a part of theater productions with her mother, and was impressed. Jennifer's mother and father split at the age five. Jennifer was a part of her life living in British Columbia when her mother moved there with the four children. Jennifer, although she had been quite an artistic child but was hardly a studious individual. The time she spent in Canadian schools led to her being often the target of bullying. Her interest in theater began to fade at the age of 16, she began participating in plays with her mother. She encouraged her kids to pursue a passion for the arts. She then began to take action.
